It's a take on my old recipe for hot buttered rum.
3 tablespoons butter (the real stuff, don't go all margarine on me)
4-5 tablespoons dark brown sugar
1 1/2 tablespoons sweetened condensed milk
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1/3+ cups water (depending on how strong you want it)
1-2 shots rum (ditto)
In a nice large mug, microwave butter, sugar, and sweetened condensed milk for about a minute to a minute and a half. Stir until butter finishes melting. Dump in sweetened condensed milk and stir. Add vanilla and cinnamon, then add water. Microwave again for another minute to minute and a half, then add rum. Adjust water and rum until it's the right strength for your tastes.
