Forum!

So like the forum should totally be working for everyone across the board. Please let me know if you still have any issues with accessing or posting, since I pretty much had to make origami out of my BRAIN to get all the necessary parts in place for it to work the way I wanted it to, and I may have overlooked one or two things in the rush to avoid having a rage-embolism.

Anonymous users should be able to see the forums, but not have permission to directly post to them (same as regular comments across the site). It's a spam control thing.

ETA: Forum avatars are now fixed! :D Damn, I'm on a total ROLL tonight!
