Faun is an Animism - a spirit that watches over the land and embodies the vitality of the animals who live there. It is against the Law for any person to harm an Animism. The Peacock King feels that this is no reason not to cage Faun up and train him as a pet.

While he may appear feral, Faun is very clever and conversant when he chooses to be. He is a shrewd negotiator and a cunning creature that few would want as an adversary.

Personally if animism existed i would want to meet one.
Wonder what they would chat about if they could? Seems like a waste to keep one as a pet though.
