To help keep my poor internet-addicted ADD brain on-task, I've decided to start livestreaming while I work. It helps me focus a lot. Not only is my poor computer incapable of running SAI and LiveStream in conjunction with my zillion browser tabs, TweetDeck, and Pidgin, but the sheer pressure of drawing live for people keeps me from doing things like wandering away in a huff and knitting instead.
