The Peacock King is a project with two authors, Irk and Char. The storyverse is a pretty big world, so to keep track of it we need at least two brains, and sometimes three.  Usually we work out this problem by mugging a random passerby for his brain, or just borrowing one of the cat's.
 

Irk and Char are members of a studio/brain trust called Infernal Shenanigans, which is another place where we can get a third brain sometimes.  We call that third brain Jess.  If you'd like to peruse our fine wares or perhaps commission us for writing or art for your upcoming project or next bar mitzvah, check out the website and see what we can do for you.

Both Irk and Char do art and writing for The Peacock King.  Irk mostly handles the epics such as the main trilogy while Char writes shorts and character vignettes.  This constitutes the delicate ecological balance upon which The Peacock King was founded.  This is because Irk can't write a short story that stays short unless it involves spoons and eyeballs, and Char threatens to stab the nearest person IN the eyeballs with her knitting needles any time an epic so much as looks at her.  Between the two of them the world tends to get built as worlds tend to do - on a semi-regular if slightly procrastination-ridden schedule with major tectonic disruptions on occasion.  Feel free to check out the wiki to see geology in action.
